Hello Jen, It is absolutely false to claim you have been price gouged. HDIS has not changed our prices - and all HDIS prices include the cost of shipping directly to your home. We know that some items are cheaper when you pay for the gas to go to the store, carry the product yourself to the register, and then carry it home. We are doing absolutely everything we can to service our customers in this difficult time and would never raise prices in response to the current situation.

Our supervisor issued a calltag so that we paid the return shipping, sent new product and placed a credit onto your account for the trouble.
