The item I ordered (Nikon 3200 body) arrived 2 days later. The item was in an open box, but contained all the parts as listed on the manufacturers list, including the users manual and the two software CDS. The item was in very good condition and on my limited trials seems to be working perfectly. I was thrilled at the response by the provider, especially in view of the very poor to non-existent service provided by another on-line group.
