Good service but takes longer to get supplies recently.

Recent order for vision aids - some BIG vision magnifying glasses and a lighted magnifier - were worthless. My regular monthly order of Tena pads is very satisfactory as to service and product.

I love their great staff because they are always able to answer my questions and suggest products. I like the scheduled delivery service. They are more expensive than the store so I have had to cut down on my purchases.

Great product. Have been using the interdry for yeast infections along a bad scar on lower abdomen where my belly flap goes over it, which in turn creates a great place for moisture, etc. Interdry not only stops the yeast build up, but when used regularly, it prevents it from occurring. I only wish this product would come already cut into certain sizes such as 3" x 24". Perhaps there would be a way to create sizes, like XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL etc to match similar pant sizes for this area of the body, same for under breast areas. This would be nice for me because I have bad Rheumatoid Arthritis and someone else has to always cut my pieces and this might cause less embarrassment and more frequent usage.

Staff is very helpful and understanding. If they don't have the answer they will find or the answer to the question. I am ver very happy that attends makes the cloth ultra thin pad w/wings.nthey work great for me have had no reactions of any kind. Will they make briefs cloth. Like material- attends.

Great customer service! Prompt accurate delivery and excellent variety of products. Used them for years and was always pleased with their service.
