This company truly cares about their customers, I received a wonderful introductory package and ordered a very inexpensive sample pack of pull-ups. That is most helpful. I am now determining by rating each sample, which ones will best suit my incontinence needs. I may be able to find some products a.bit cheaper, but the customer service at HDIS is worth the cost. I highly recommend this supplier.

I received my first order from HDIS in about 4 days. Technically I believe it was actually it was 3 days as I placed the order in the wee hours of the night. I was well pleased with the product. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I like the fact its no nonsense ordering, you make an order and its there in a few days. You're not waiting very long for your order and it comes in brown boxes so if you have nosy neighbors they don't really know what you've order. Thank you!
