I think my book is awesome. I am a diabdtic. the contact info to get the stuff I want to try is great, will let you know after I try the stuff.I am ordering enough for my son also. he is diabetic now too. I am 74, he is 58. I am at 7.0 and he is 6.7. hope that stuff works, my mothers side of the family and my only broher are all diabetics. Grandma was but she is dead. her brother lost both legs. I guess diabetes is heditery . so is arthritus. we all have that also.

I absolutely love these wash clothes. Could not find them again sold in a store that they were first purchased. Wal Mart did carry them, but no longer. Purchased from HDIS, and is very very happy. Will be purchasing other items from them soon.
