this is a very helpful organization. The only problem I had was with the delivery service, Fed-X, I cannot lift the packages to get them up 15 floors to the apartment. HDIS began putting a note on the packages asking the driver to leave packages in front of the apt. door. This has worked out well. Yes there is an elevator! Fed-X has a dispute with the coop regarding the absence of a doorman at this building. The delivery services leave most packages on the lobby floor at the moment.

HDIS makes it easy to purchase the supplies. It is sometimes difficult to find the product I prefer to use and with HDIS this is not a problem. And everything is delivered quickly and in unmarked boxes so privacy if desired is protected.

I have dealt with HDIS over many years for a family member and they still provide the exceptional service that I'm accustomed to.

I was very please with the variety of underwear I received and they do keep you from leaking through your clothes. I was very comfortable going into public because I knew I was protected and would not have an embarrassing moment while I was in public. They work very well and I would recommend them to anyone I knew that also suffered from an overactive bladder like myself.
