Good stuff, good prices; thought shipping a bit slow.

Terrific resource for those needing these types of supplies. Very helpful phone folks, good record keeping of past orders, prompt delivery, creative problem solving. My only "con" is I think the prices are a bit on the high side. I have been a customer for over 10 years.

Order was shipped promptly. Was correct as ordered.

Easy ordering. I tracked the delivery, which was suppose to arrive on Saturday. Only one box arrived. I called Fed Ex and they said the tracking number had been delivered. So I called HDIS and was told that there were two boxes and the other box had a different tracking number and the boxes must have gotten separated. She told me when that box was suppose to arrive and the new tracking number. I just have a suggestion to have the same tracking number, and on the shipping label indicate box 1 of 2 and box 2 of 2. They should be able to deliver both boxes together then.

Actually, customer service is always great. I deal with them for my mother's incontinence products It's just the product I ordered, Interdry, was unclear on the website as to the size. So I paid over $25 for a tiny piece of Interdry. Had the website been more clear on the actual size, I would not have purchased it for that high price. I ordered this directly from the website and did not speak to anyone in customer service.

Of the brands I have tried, I like Depends Silhouette the best. It has the most natural fit.
