Easy to navigate and satisfactory results

The items I ordered were just what I needed and performed as stated. I will be ordering from HDIS from now on for those products that I need.

I have just purchased one single particular item, and I did all that by means of buying (on-line.). However, I think after reviewing their catalog, I may need a different item['s] for my particular needs. More or less a 'try it and see how it works' type of search for my particular situation.

The phone Reps are fantastic! Very knowledgeable and polite. My order is shipped almost immediately.

I'm a 1st time customer and I did my order on line.It was very easy and quick to do.And I'm impressed with their Web site and how easy it was to find what I wanted to order.And how fast they shipped the item I ordered.They stay in communication with you and I even had a way to track my order and that way I knew exactly what day my order was going to be delivered to my home. I will be order from this store again.

I made a large purchase of diapers and when they arrived, I realized I ordered the wrong type. I called Customer Service and they were so helpful and accommodating, that I was amazed.
