My order mistake, no problem. Told me to keep or donate then gave me full credit for them. They then hastened shipment of item I meant to order! There is not a better example of great CUSTOMER SERVICE. They really set the bar high for CS.

HDIS is a reliable company that is more than willing to meet your expectations and more some. Their well trained representatives will help you to figure out what you need and how often and what products are best for you. If you should require a product that is not listed in their catalog or on-line they will try and get you that product directly from the manufacturer. I am extremely pleased with their service and friendly reception whenever I call them and no matter how often I change my date of delivery...they always treat me with courtesy and respect!
