Information readily available and purchase shipped promptly

I ordered some skin lotion from HDIS online. It was very easy to do, and I received a reply from them to make sure the order was correct. The product I ordered was very reasonable in price. It came to me very promptly, and my wife was very happy to receive it.

Many times when you order online something isn't right, My order has been right every time and quick delivery.

very informational on all product lines

With millions of people having bladder problems, and all of the different products to choose from, I never thought I would have a problem finding a product that I liked to use... and I did. The only thing is the store would not order enough and I was running from store to store to get my product.... that all changed when I saw your ad on TV. Thank you for your service and I will be using you again when I need a refill. God Bless your company. I hope that you stay in business a long time.

We buy the silhouettes for our 88 year old mother. They are the only thing that fits her comfortably and keeps her dry. We have tried many and these work the best. The nurses and aides at her home also love them because they don't have to keep adjusting them. They fit her almost as well as real underwear. It would be nice if the nursing home bought them but they use the cheapest they can find. Our mother only deserves the best. We highly recommend them.

I had tried the no rinse shampoo and body wash while camping and they were terrific! So I got the gallon size to share with family and friends. Saves time, and it is nice to feel fresh crawling into the sleeping bag.

Products and service were great.
