I am new at this adult "diapers" stuff. I saw a add on TV from HDIS.com that for $9.99 they would send me an assortment of brands in the SIZE I REQUESTED. I am MEDIUM waist according to them. My FIRST order came in XTRA LARGE. I called and they were very nice and agreed to send CORRECT size. A few days later, I received the second delivery ALSO IN XTRA LARGE.. I called AGAIN and demanded a full refund. It was credited the next day.

I was told I would get a return call about returning items that my mom no longer used. I had to call back and then wait for another return call which said no items could be returned except reusable pads for bed and that a return label would be sent and a charge of $10 would go against the card used for purchase. No label was sent but I got a $10 invoice in mail. I am so disappointed in the service and the refusal to take back items not used by my 86 year old mother on a fixed income and all I got was a bill for $10 without a label.
