The product is exactly what I need but the last order had an odor that almost turned my stomach when I opened it. Smelled like a strong insect spray. I'm not sure if it was from the product or the storage unit they came from. Was hesitant to order again. Gladys

I received the sample box by HDIS and am working through it. I think it is an excellent idea, however i will not be using it. I can obtain what I need locally at a lower cost. I applaud HDIS for their fantastic service and helpful staff.

I live in Michigan so from the map, my insurance does not cover any supplies we made need, however I did locate a product for my son I had been looking for at the drugstores, but no one carried it (NoRinse Moisturizing Body Wash). Insurance probably would not cover this anyway! Delivery was very swift...I think a couple of days or more and they offered buy 5 get 1 free. Paying out of pocket is worth it for my son.!
