I have been using the Oxytrol I ordered for only 2 days so far, and I think I will be pleased with the product. I did appreciate the prompt service. However, when I order something online I am accustomed to receiving an immediate order confirmation in my E-mail (with details of what was ordered and the charges). When I didn't receive that I began to wonder if I had followed the steps correctly, if the order actually went through, and if I would be charged for something I would not receive. I DID receive the order, though, and the hard copy of the order was in the box. All is well.

This was my first order with HDIS. Ordering was fairly easy, but was confusing. The reason being was my sister was the person paying for it for me yet my name and shipping address was used also. I received an email from HDIS to straighten up the confusion which I replied to. My order was received 9/16/15 and was placed on 9/10/15. I was under the impression that the cost of your products was less than purchasing from a regular store but it seems I can purchase the same for much less than your offers and the shipping fee is less also! I haven't decided whether I'll be reordering through you again. Are there any ways to get the cost down?

I was looking for other items on your web site and didn't find them. Chucks pads are not listed. Will search other sites that will supply all my needs.

The items arrived on the 5th day - so technically it was within in the timeframe originally denoted. The speed of delivery of the items became an issue for my 90yr young parent.

I had ordered from you for a few years and I always tried to take advantage of the coupons as much as I could. The last time I ordered I was told that I could not use the coupon because it was already used. It was a coupon for $5. It was at that time when I decided to look other places for the same protective underwear. I found a new supplier that is $20 cheaper per case that what I was paying you. So, by trying to get an extra $5 out of me you lost an $80 sale each month.

Just came today! Took a long time!

After placing my order online, I checked the shipping status for several days. Every time I checked it was listed as "pending". About the time I decided to call to clarify, the package was delivered. This was very misleading and not the least bit encouraging. It would be helpful if the status of an order actually reflected what was really happening. I think I will just call in my next order and received instant verification of the shipping expectation in real time.
