The service was not bad but the product I ordered doesn't work right, I am A CMA and I bought a thermometer for my job thinking it would save time and be accurate but it only reads 95.0 temp or less no matter who I try it on and for my job it has to be accurate when it gives information about a patients health.

Have not yet received the shipment.

Wrong items were shipped, and when I contacted them, they blamed us. When it was a website problem.

I have no idea how good the product actually is or isn't. Here is my experience. I am obese at 240 lbs. But I'm not 400 or 500 pounds to where I can't move freely on my own. I work a full time job, stay active and clean all by myself. Well, I cut a piece of the product to place under my abdominal apron and I found myself in more contortions than if I was doing advanced yoga. AND...I never succeeded in getting the product in place. This may be a fantastic product for either thinner people or people who have care givers or are bed-bound and don't move around much. For me? It was a total waste of money.

Promised 5% discount on future subscription orders - but when I got my 2nd order, the 5% wasn't there. Also, they claim free shipping, but then the add an "Order charge" to every order of an amount equivalent to a shipping charge. That's not being honest.

The item was fulfilled incorrectly. The order was for adjust bed rail instead we received the smaller version ( mobility bed rail). The instructions were complex and difficult to follow. We will keep the smaller bed rail but appreciate a credit for the difference applied to account #3946157.

You sent the wrong size. I ordered a lite pad 2 and I received the medium pad 3. I’ve kept them. But I expect better.

hard to finish the review since my shipment has not arrived. ordered for vacation which begins early Sat. morning Tracking says its due to arrive by end of day Friday - if it doesn't it will be returned unopened as soon as I can get to a UPS store the week of the 14th. It is daunting to have to remember to order at least two weeks in advance if I want to receive by a specific date. As to the quality of the product, I have no idea
