We have ordered their no-rinse Aloe Vesta skin cleanser for my 90 year old mother-in-law who lives with us. She needs help with daily personal care & this product is really great. Has a nice clean fragrance, too. Been ordering this Aloe Vesta product for her for two years & am very satisfied with it.

I purchased Depend and Reassure briefs. I cannot use them. I didn't realize when I purchased them that I would not be able to put them on by myself. The Depends have not been opened. The Reassures have. How do I go about returning these. The Depend pull ups are comfortable and do their job well.

Everyone is very helpful, polite, and very friendly. They answer any question I have. Wonderful people to deal with.

You know ahead of time the items are what you expect to get.
