HDIS has been fantastic to work with. I am 41 years old and when a emergency surgery went wrong and I ended up with complete loss of bladder control it was HDIS that was recommended by my doctors. I was very nervous about going about having to accept this issue. But when I called HDIS and talked with them - HDIS has the most wonderful customer service and the gal I talked gave me confidence in their products and what would best help me. HDIS has been wonderful to have as a consumer who has excellent customer service, and a lot of knowledge in the medical services that they have. I could not be more pleased with HDIS and my doctor was "right" in recommending HDIS and HDIS gave me confidence again.

Have tried unsuccessfully for 4 days to sign in and change PW. Have found it impossible even after multiple attempts by Customer Service to assist. Will find an alternative vendor to HDIS...simply too much hassle to continue and repeatedly remain locked out. Kudos to HDIS! A 5-minute phone assist solved the PW problem...thanks for caring HDIS!!!
