I feel like I was cheated. When I signed into your site a popup stating that if I gave my email I would get a number that could later be used to reduce the price. I never did find a place to enter the number. You got my email and I got cheated. Enjoy the email. I am sure that I can find another supplier.

I ordered a few things like normal and then waited for delivery. I then got the email with the tracking info and guess what to my surprise my order had been shipping 1st with FEDEX and the given to the local post office...I again waited for delivery...NO PACKAGES!! I NEVER use the post office here due to them refusing to deliver to my home! STAY with FEDEX and DO NOT use post office! I should have been given the choice of how items ship!!!!!!!!

The pillow I ordered is the most uncomfortable pillow I ever tried. I'm sorry it's not returnable, even Goodwill does not take pillows. Bad pillow.

First night sleeping on this new pillow and I had to switch it out after a very short time. It is hard and uncomfortable. The square in the middle is like laying on a rock - it's torture. I was contacted by HDIS and they were very sympathetic to my review and have offered a discount on the product that I purchased. Thank you HDIS

I can not believe the price you charge for 1 pkg of tena serenity ultimate pads $31.99 .this is a true example of overpricing.I used to buy them from another site for way less than this and it was 36.00 plus 4.95 for shipping for 3 pkgs of tena pads.what a eye opener and I would never buy from you again even if hell was freezing over.I will worn people to stay away from you business and your expensive prices.good ridance to you !!
