Very helpful suggestions on the phone.

Had signed up last year to have delivery every 3 months. Delivery went well but price continued to go up and up. They forgot to give me my $5 discount, which I feel is still owed me. I ended up cancelling, but after a month of thinking about it, I realized I still love the product. The product is great! I like the convenience of having them discreetly delivered. I started up the 3-month delivery again. I hope I can continue the automatic delivery.

Better tracking package for delivery

Good products, good service. If I had one complaint it would be that I think their website could be improved.

Just an issue with the price, kind of pricey for people on a fixed income.

I would prefer there was no return ID with your company name on it. My packages are delivered to our front desk and I would not care for the receptionist to know my personal business.

Timeliness of orders. Don't have to have a bunch of extra supplies around. Love the convenience of home delivery.
