I AM considering filing a report to the attorney generals office consumer fraud bureau on the pricing of your items, they are more than you would pay in the grocery store awful

Ordered pads I can buy at walmart for under $12.00. I don't have hdis price handy because there was no packing slip but I believe it was over 30.00.

The briefs do not hold up to repeated washings. They loose their absorbency and become loose and tend to slip. Need to change briefs more often because they become to wet

I ordered 2 adult size rubber pants for 92 yr old grandma. The first pair split at the seams & the bed was soaked. I was not pleased after 3 loads of pee-soaked laundry. However, the other pair is still ok, so maybe just this one pair that was defective. Would you like to send another pair to replace the one that split?

The code says 5% discount. I should get over $6 for over $120 purchase. But at check-out, it only gives me $5 credit. Other than that, it is great! Delivered very fast.

It's fairly standard now to expect an email confirming a purchase made online and another email when it ships with tracking info. I got neither with HDIS, the package just showed up one day, yes I got what I ordered in a timely manner.

My order was shipped and delivered exactly as requested. However, based on image on the website, the product I received was not what I wanted. Instead of getting streamllined pads I received huge flat pads that cover a large part of my front and rear. I will contact HDIS but the image on the webpage was misleading.
