I ordered my husband the Tena Flex briefs. According to the sizing chart, my husband would wear the size for 28"-40", since he has a 33 " waist. After receiving them, we opened the package and he tried on a pair. They are huge! They are loose all around, and would no way hold in fluids. I wrote to customer service asking for them to exchange them for a smaller, since I ordered according to their chart. They said that they would give me credit for 1/2 the package. So I would have to pay another $15.00 plus shipping to get the smaller size. SORRY! You have lost a customer! I ordered according to your sizing chart. If it doesn't fit correctly, that should be your issue, and you should be willing to accommodate a customer. This product is something he will be needing for several years. I ordered something that had a photo of exactly what I wanted I received something else And the process to return it is a nightmare. I so hoped that this would be a long and convenient relationship I'm disappointed and waiting for my return labels.

Ordered for my father and had it shipped to him they sent it to his address but my city don't ask me how they did that. This was the first time I tried them and my last time. Then they wanted to ship more out charge my card again but I did have to pay for shipping and not credit my account until they make it back to the warehouse (not a good way to treat a new customer). Still haven't received my credit yet.

On July 25, 2015 I placed my first order for Poise Maximum Pads price was $47.99 which included a $3.00 savings. This averages out to $23.99 each per package of 48. First issue - this amount is higher than what my grocery store or drug store charges. Second issue - my order state that it would be shipped via FedEx - standard ground shipping that didn't happen. My local postal carrier delivered the product six days after my placing the order. Now the product is not the same as I buy in the store, it is shorter in length but the package stated regular length is at least 2 inches shorter. This is definitely an issue I'm not at all comfortable with the product. Well I guess this will be my final order and it anyone asks for a reference you know how that will go. Buyer beware!!
