They offer many incontinence products some of which I have not been able to find in stores. However I find the cost excessive.

I called to correct an online order only to get 2 order numbers, 1 shipment, and an incoherent statement. Which went through? Why is the order shown as "pending" on my account page?

I tried these thinking they would be better than what you could buy over the counter. I was disappointed when the very first try he still had his nightly accident.

I must have misread but I paid more than double for the pads and diapers I usually get my mom at the local shop rite! I am very disappointed and am going to return the items. Tena pads cost me $12 at the grocery store but HDIS charges $27
