Order specified and paid for two Poise and one Reassure Maximum pads
As indicated above I ordered and paid for two Poise and one Reassure Maximum pads. What came were three Reassure pads. They are not as effective as the Poise, and I will not be using HDIS anymore.

Terrible return policies
Ordered rubber pants for my 80 year old mom. Took out of package -- they were HUGE!!!!!! She did not even try on and they won't give any kind of refund. Best be putting in a plastic/paper hygiene strip like they do in swim suits if that's what it will take to be able to return an item never used or even tried on!!!

Tremendously Dissapointed
First of all we have been with HDIS since I believe around 2001 if not earlier, our experince with them up until now has been awesome, that's why we trust them to take care of us. However, we started in October, to get my son's catheters, and we still don't have them, every time we call they say they are waiting on the Dr., the Dr. has sent over several prescriptions and everyone has been rejected, now it seems to me if they are wrong and rejected it is their job to keep on it daily if must be until it's right, I know we aren't their only customer, but really in 3 months they couldn't find time!
