Excellent product. It took 7 days to receive the order. When you are happy with Amazon Prime shipping in 2-3 days, delivery time seemed lengthy. All I can say is, plan your order ahead of time, or join the automatic shipping and you won't notice. I used the help chat, because I could not locate the product on the website that I ordered previously by mail....In all, a good shopping experience.

Trial Pack has an excellent variety to try and chose from. Really helped making a decision on which product will work best for me.

Somewhat limited bariatric choices great service and shipping

Have a great variety of products. Bought 4 different sample packs of incontinence products to see what would work best. It ended up costing me a good bit of money for many products that I will not even try. Could have used more guidance from their staff on the initial calls.

no friction at all, but problems with sizes being what's shown. The pads I ordered were gigantic! and the briefs ordered were the right size for my waist & hips, but tight on my legs - so tight it was difficult to pull them down when necessary.

Hi, my only disappointment was that The product I use doesn’t seem to have any coupons available and I couldn’t use the coupon that was mailed to me when I was doing the check out process online. Otherwise thank you for quick delivery and discreet boxing.

Very appreciative of the service got today from the lady who helped me with what to do with the order that I received had to be returned. She resolved the problem and is sending me samples to try to ensure the next time I order the right one. Very good service = really glad I called about problem.
