Gave 4 stars because I ordered a sample package and haven't used all the itmems yet to determine which woprks best. Definitely give customer seervice and shipping in a timely manner 5 stars !

I have purchased from HDIS, on and off, for twenty years. At the end of February, I placed an order-after a week it arrived, addressed to me, bot containing products ordered by a gentleman in Iowa. Being 80 and dependent on deliveries for items I need, I was very upset and probably took my anger out on an HDIS customer service representative. She listened without interrupting, asked a couple of questions, sought out a supervisor, and then proceeded to correct all my concerns in a polite, professional manner. What a wonderful surprise in today's world of indifference!! This experience has made me a constant customer for life.

I trust them and they do take care of you. Complaints ( everybody gets them ) are dealt with swiftly and fairly. They do need to get A standard testing and scaling the absorbance of the different products. Such as 1 drop = 12 ounce absorbance. To get the number of drops from the product producers isn't good. It may be the best (they) put out but that don't mean it rate's come close to other products. Even though Yes you will not do wrong shopping here.

I ordered rubber pants and rec'd shampoo head caps ...I was alittle sad about what had happened.. And still have not rec'd what I first ordered.
