Not quite right
The pads I purchased were nice and long but not wide enough.

First order
I like that I can get the brand I like in my size delivered to my door. I do wish the price was closer to the price I pay at my local box store. I can get the same size page for half the price when they have my size. If the box store always had my size when I need them I would not be ordering from you.

Customer service improved after initial poor review
After my initial poor review regarding their return policy, specifically not providing shipping labels for returns with no guarantees of receiving a refund, customer service reached out and supplied shipping label and we worked out a refund agreement.

Having ordered a case of the product, I will use them, but they are difficult for me to use. The tape does not hold very well, but over all ,the product does well.

Poise Pads
Your new Poise pads are not ultimate absorbent, as you stated on line. They don't work for me.
