Prompt delivery! When you call HDIS you get to speak to REAL person. I had a problem with my credit card....(I entered wrong expiration date, when ordering) 1 phone call later, they changed the date for me, and problem was solved right away! Use them all the time!

Prompt customer service. I just hope it slows down some, I don't need daily emails and ads all over sites I visit. The products (one grab bar & one stabilizing grip) are well made, and I really like the 'red flag' that will appear if the grab bar isn't secure. Everything was fine, except for the poor shipping packaging. The 2 items and a handful of ads were tossed into a roomy box, with no fillers, or anything to keep them from banging around. When received, the box appeared to have been handled by every nightmare package handler on earth, and I could take everything out without removing or slitting any tape. Fortunately, the items ordered both arrived, and no damage thanks to the armored tank-like packaging from the manufacturer. But some filler in the box would have been good. I plan to use this company again as needs develop
