If I had wanted or been able to get out and go to the store, I would not have ordered from this site. Now I have to find someone to pick up at post office since that is where delivery was made. Instead of being easier, it is now more difficult. Totally disappointed! Will be sure to bad mouth the company to any one I know that uses these products and needs the ease of home delivery. It is not home delivery if you still have to go get it.

the staff member was quite kind and helpful. I had used chat and was assured that the product I ordered was "good". IT DID NOT WORK...I looked at the invoice and it was the incorrect product. the staff member overnighted the correct product to me, I am waiting, I hope it is the right one. She was kind and quite sympathetic.

I realize you can't compete with retailers . But when price is more than double , I can no longer be an hdis customer. I know you could do better to help senior citizens like me . You can take me and people I know off of your contact list ...

My daughter's health insurance switched incontinence supply companies without our knowledge. After many weeks of talking with insurance and new supply company they had reached a decision that the new supply company did not have the products needed for my daughter. HDIS is still in network and insurance approved them as supplier but HDIS is REFUSING to supply my daughter her briefs, liners, and wipes!! This is such a disappointment and my family is now purchasing these products for our daughter! Why is a power play involved when the innocent children are the ones suffering? Jennifer HDIS replied they would be getting in touch with me...Well I have not heard from HDIS!!
