HDIS had contacted me a few days before I planned to order, so I said I'd wait and call myself. That was a big mistake. I ordered online on Saturday of a holiday weekend, and that order didn't actually get processed until Tuesday, and on to FedEx on Wednesday. I won't get my order until 12 days after the order date, when I usually get my order within 3-4 business days after a phone call. So my takeaways are: when they call to remind me to place an order, do it. Don't order online -- things don't get entered for several days, when you might have thought that online made the process quicker. Next, don't call in or order on a weekend. I found that out the hard way. It might have been helpful for the order takers to have let me know that the holiday weekend was coming up and things slow down then, both in their warehouse but particularly with FedEx. That might have made up my mind for me to order over the phone. However, most of this is just the fault of bad timing. Lesson learned.

Good service, selection and pricing but... after advertising your discretion and shipping your orders in unmarked boxes, you start sending one piece of mail after another with your advertising splashed all over the envelope. So much for the company being discriminate.
