First shipment was good, got a great value for the cost and very happy. Second shipment of same item was short on the number of brushes. We were very happy with the 1st order, but will not be ordering anymore based on second shipment as it was not worth the price we paid. Based on product description the 1st shipment was not correct and based on the brushes the brushes are not worth the price.

The order was made on Sunday, November 6th and I was told it was ready to be shipped. It did not arrive until Monday, November 14th. What if there was a need? My mother is in Assisted Living and I am not 5 minutes away. There is no option to pay for delivery that I could find. I would have been happy to pay for delivery if it were available.

I ordered booster pads described as fitting inside depends or reassure underwear. The pads are so large they come completely up to stomach and up back. The pack said XL - 6XL.....how could something possibly be able to fit size XL when they are that large. 6XL MUST be for patients over 300 lbs. I opened the package to look at them as I had never purchased them before (thankfully I ordered the smallest pack) and was dumb struck. I have been ordering pads and underwear and always go by size, weight etc and never had anything like this before. I tucked the one back in the pack and read where they cannot be exchanged if opened. I put them in closet and chalked it up to "lesson learned" and will use them if I ever need a cover for a chair or bed pad.

Much too expensive. I could have used the discounts on my $103 order when placing the order rather than the next time.

My 1st order came much later than I expected. ie: I expected w/ in 3 or 4 days......it took 10! Once my package came, it was very disappointedly wrapped, w/ one piece of tape that was "barely" hanging on. Fortunately, none of the contents were damaged.

I needed a heaver pad. Judging from the website I found myself receiving pads large enough to protect Paul Bunyan. Since I had to open the package to discover the problem, it was apparent that the most cost effective of remedying the problem was to donate the giants to a local homeless shelter.

I ordered two items - got one, the second was not what I ordered. Never got a packing list or invoice in the package either. Called and was told they would ship out the right item and to donate the wrong one which I did. Got the item a few days later - not exactly the same but o.k

I ordered Depends for my mom. We thought they were a good price & I got a discount. When we received them however they had added on additional charges until the cost was $33.00 for a package we could have gotten at one of our department stores for much less. We won't be ordering them from HIDS again.
