I made this purchase because it has a "functional" fly, which is probably of interest to many men who need the product. The addition of a fly could make it an excellent product. This fly fly is good, but the underwear doesn't absorb nearly enough liquid to make it wearable. I wish every men's underwear were enhanced with a fly, while it serve its basic function, that is, the absorbency of a large amount of liquid. This underwear doesn't do that well enough.

Too expensive - did not research enough - could have purchased elsewhere for considerably less.

what i ordered by using the catalog picture is not what i got. this is the second time. i will call them, but i have to find the energy to deal with this. this is the last thing i need to be dealing with at the moment. so far nothing with this company has been acceptable. i would love easy, but acceptable is what i would settle for

I ordered six pairs of rubber pants and they were thrown in a box and were really filthy. it looked like maybe the box opened and somebody ran over them. i called to ask if you usually send used open packages items. Customer service was very nice and said no. They sent me six more pairs and they also came dirty and thrown in the box. Not as dirty but not still dirty. I just thought paying that much for the rubber pants they would of come in better shape and clean.

I order from you guys because I like the sample I had gotten from you. Also on the order is was supposed to be shipped over night I order the 13th of March and will not get my order until March 24th. I had to call them because nothing on your website what the hold up was again they said they had a computer problem but it would of been nice to have some type of email

For me who can't drive I was very disappointed that part of my order was cancelled and I was not informed. I purchase the Silhouette value pack often due to my over active bladder. Do you have any suggestions and coupons so that I may continue to purchase what is required since I didn't get what I needed? I appreciate any and all information. This is the only place where I get my orders. Best Reguards, Loyal customer

I ordered 4 pkgs. Depends @ $50.+ I received only 1 pkg. Customer Service said that is the price for 1 pkg. NOTE: the same product sells for $18.99 in local stores. I paid more than TRIPLE for 1 pkg. of Depends.

Placed an order on Jan 27. Received confirmation. Checked on order on Feb 2. Got a response saying package was addressed wrong and it was being returned---it obviously was a computer mistake as whole parts of the address was omitted. Doesn't a human check addresses? -- this obviously not going to be delivered without a state, city, or even my correct name. Finally, on Feb 6, I received word that the package was being shipped by FedEx. I still have not received it . Customer Service obviously needs tweeking. They dropped the ball numerous times on this order.
