Thank you for your feedback. From our homepage, there are two ways to sign into your account. Near the top of the page, there is an icon with the silhouette of a person (on most computers it will also say "my account". At the bottom of the page, under "Customer Support" the first link is "my account". Here is the direct address also: https://www.hdis.com/customer/account/login Discount codes are entered in the cart view, during the checkout process. Hello, we will pass your feedback along to our logistics team for their consideration. We do use a method of delivery known as "SmartPost" on some orders which is a public-private partnership between FedEx and the USPS. For those orders, FedEx handles the package initially & delivers to the local mail carrier, who provides delivery to the final destination.
