I am transitioning to smaller briefs, since I am losing weight after a bariatric surgery. I was using the up to 90 inch diapers, but they are now too large. I tried both the Reassure and the TENA underwear. The TENA underwear work better for me, even though they both list the maximum of 64" for the waist, since the Reassure have a smaller minimum waist size of 38". I will not be ordering them again. Size large was too large. Really needed medium for our Mother. Also had tape were not pull ups. Guess I should have spoken to Rep before ordering

The product we ordered has not arrived as yet....it is a week now.

This service is supposed to be discreet. I received numerous e-mail and snail-mail advertisements and questionnaires. These are hardly discrete. If I have a complaint I will let you know. If you do not hear from me I am satisfied. And quit overloading me with catalogues that just get recucled without opening. If I want something I will sign into the computer and order it. Thank you. I like the one product that I had purchased but don't care for the generic brand that I had purchased two of.

it's good but not great.

One flap on the top of the box was not sealed by the tape, leaving the box open. Whoever put the tape on the box put it on more diagonally thereby missing one flap. Otherwise the complete products were all there, and I like them. Security of purchase items is extremely important to me.

I pay almost $80 a month for a case of pads and each package has at least 3 or 4 pads with little or no padding.
