Incontinence was result of car accident. Had to rebuild lower abdoman with mesh but it changed the rate and direcroon my urine releases. Reassure overnight is big improvement. Feel more confident and still best results I have tried except for rubberized or latex underwear, which ends up very uncomfortable and irritating in Southwest temperatures.
