The ordered goods arrived with a clutter of catalogs and ads. I DO NOT WANT ANY OF YOUR PRINTED MATTER. That's why I order online, to have no interaction with you. I only want what I paid for. STOP CLUTTERING UP MY GOODS.

Hdis good company but Sherry the manager bad with customer service . I was treated very badly by this person over a payment plan that they said I could be on . For the 130.00 that was my balance it was not worth the hassle . I since have found another company to service my needs , and treat me with respect . Little does she know my husband is a Attorney. Will never buy from then again .

Had a problem with this order.. (not the first time).....box was not properly sealed and was delivered open!!! Not very discreet!!! I have spoken with customer service and they will be sending future orders with "special handling." So I will give them another try. Product was as described and they do ship fast.

I ordered from an HDIS catelog and purchased 60 units of a premium pad. When the order arrived, the package said it was a women's product. However, no where in the catelog was it stayed as a women's pad.Quite disappointing.

I was happy you had the product I was looking for --but the shipping date changed a number of times making it difficult to plan to have the box brought into the house. I was not happy with the shipping. Discourage enough that I may not even use the company again. Your catalogs came quicker than the product--please remove my clients name for your mailing list--Thank you Monica

Not short enough for heavy incontinence. The same fullness the length of the pad, not reflective of the body.
