pkg was delivered product was not damaged. Thank you

Well, I placed the order incorrectly (MY error) and discovered it upon delivery :-( I contacted HDIS and they said "no problem, we will replace it to the correct one." Then they said I could take the incorrect product and donate it to a charity or nursing home. We did .. it has been donated to Hummingbird Ministries. They are a team of nurses that volunteer their time training and educating and caring for the people of Belize. They were thrilled with the donation and we were excited to give it to them. We say HDIS is a class act ! Thank you !

Package arrived on time and undamaged. Products are dependable

I am very pleased with this product. It comes right to my door!!!!!

I ordered on the weekend, so it took only three business days to arrive. The products (so far) are great...got the variety pack to see which product I prefer. So far, they've all been good, some thinner, some thicker, but all good, and the bed pads are great also.

Oder came quickly. Products are super.
