Why pay $29.99 for a product you can buy a a store for $14.99 or on sale at 2 for price if one..If you can not go to store yourself ask a friend to shop for you

I ordered a product and I gave my SHIPPING ADDRESS and instead of bringing to MY HOME the driver took it to the Post Office. I am in a wheelchair and it is very hard for me to receive packages--that is why I ordered from YOU---YOUR promotion says I will receive it at my door--my UPS/Fedex delivery men know that I am in a wheelchair and they bring my packages in for me until one of my children come by. I will be thinking long and hard as to whether or not I order from you again....

the materal to use to put between touching skin isn't much help and cost a fortune I would really rather have my money back but its probably not returnable. It doesn't tell you before buying it you have to find something else to hold it in place like tape and who wants to add tape to a floppy flimsy piece of materal and it would make another kind of rash. lose/ lose

You may ship these items with no hint of what was ordered on the OUTSIDE of the box....HOWEVER, inside the box is COVERED with advertisement for the product ordered! Where is the logic in that??? I can't reuse this box for other things, or even trash it for fear my family and neighbors will know of my medical woes, You might want to rethink this practice!.

This is my first experience with your company. My daughter actually gave me info on your company. I went online to order some disposable wash cloths, which I found and thought I made a good choice. I placed the order and wrote doen my confirmation number just to cover myself. I waited for an email reply to confirm the order, which never came. I then called next day and talked to young lady which seemed to be at a loss for what the problem was. After waiting on hold for several minutes, she returned and explained that they had experienced some trouble with online orders. She told me that shr would have the person that could help me call. I am still waiting for that call, but I did receive the wash clothes to my surprise as I really did not know if they were actually ordered or not. These wash clothes are no different than most I have ordered, as they come out of the package 2 and 3 at a time instead on just 1. I guess that about somes up my first experince with your company.
