Great products fair price.

The selection was good, but I did find a better price elsewhere.

I would like to receive order quicker like Amazon.

I made my order online and it was easy enough to do. Order arrived quite quickly. I LOVE the Air Scense sprays, although Orange leaves a kind of funny after-smell. Vanilla is heavenly. The liner product I selected did not turn out to be what I expected. I've tried about seven brands, thought I'd come here, and will have to keep looking for the "right" product. I like the convenience of HDIS, and will keep trying their brands, looking for the one that works best for me.

Just one thing. My last order was for 4 packs of Large overnight underware however I received 2 packs of large and 2 packs of X-large.

Excellent website upgrade. Not all sizes available for all items at all times.

Good product and reasonably priced. Delivery time is good. Customer service could be more accessible as there are no weekend availability to speak with a representative.

Arrived in a timely manner in unmarked boxes taped together making drop off easier and a lot easir for me to get it into the house. Great choices to order from.
