some products double in price than local store

I like the products but would have given 5 stars if there was an incontinence pad that was moderate with the wings like the thin one has.

I can't understand why a script is needed for catheters. Your policy of getting a new script each time I order is frustrating, especially since I have been ordering them thru you for 20 years!! You should re-evaluate this policy and change it. Peter Toth

Ordered a product. Before it was shipped, I discovered it was the incorrect item and call for an exchange. The rep I spoke to directed me to write: RTS (Return to Send) on the package and drop it off at either the Post Office or a UPS facility. I did so and the UPS people told me that the package would like wind up on my doorstep again. She was right. The package was returned to me. I called your office and was told that a label would be sent to me for the return. Days passed and no labels, but the exchange merchandise was received. Called your office again (9/18) and the problem was handled by Shell, Ext. 5478, who was patient, kind, and pleasant. I am confident that she will follow through and satisfactorily take care of this issue.

Product is great but I didn't like the fact that the information of what I purchased was shown on the delivery box for everyone to see my business

Handling chge is cute, shipping probably would less. Ur ad is very misleading and I can get the same product cheaper at Walmart
