The service itself was very fast and correct, but the product was twice the price I could pay at other places. I simply cannot afford to use HDIS products for that the reason=the expense!

The shipment was promised 8 days (yesterday) at the latest after ordering. I'm still waiting. FedEx simply gave over responsibility for delivery to the US Postal service. HDIS Customer Care needs to find a better logistics provider before I reordered from the company.
