When I call, the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable always patient and can get my questions answered. Always willing to sent me a free sample or two which is amazing, as HDIS has so many great products. Free samples help me find out which products the phone staff think would help me with out me spending money on a large quantity to try something that I'm not sure would work for me

I ordered a pair of shoes, received them the next day. I decided I should have 1/2 size larger, called customer service to exchange them. My return label was sent, I printed it and was told my new size was ordered and would be sent out immediately. Sure enough, I received them the next day. The service is always friendly, and fast. We have never experienced a problem when ordering from Zappos.
