They have always delivered my products on time, have a scheduled delivery that works great, and are understanding when I reduce costs and waste with reusable products instead of disposable ones. Very helpful. For the website, one improvement they could make would be to allow me to see my previous automatic deliveries, but their customer service reps have that info when you talk by phone. I have no reservations about this company, I go to them first for these needs.

first used product in hospital. couldn't find drugstore with the product. ordered online. product came in two days even though I used regular shipping. the coloplast interdry textile is working wonderfully to clear up my skin lesion/fold problem.
