This was my first order with HDIS for bariatric undergarments. The shopping was very friendly and easy to navigate. Service was fast and the product delivered was correct. I happened upon your sight accidentally. I have used Depend male disposable underwear for several years. They recently changed the design and I'm unhappy with the way they fit now. I have always purchased them in bulk at Costco which makes the product affordable. Based upon this change, I have recently purchased washable incontinence underwear. It's not quite sufficient in terms of absorbency capacity, so I wanted to try the shields/pads to augment them. I was delighted to get the variety pack instead of having to purchase something that might not work and then waste the rest. I've now tried two different samples and already know that one of them definitely will not work for me. I'm anxious to try the rest of the samples! Thank you HDIS!

I have been looking for this item for a while, as I bought a replacement a few years ago but my husband was not satisfied with the replacement I got him. He kept bringing up the one he had before I got the replacement. I finally looked for one like the one he had with which he was very happy. I ordered one for him for Fathers Day & he was so pleased that he now had the one he had always wanted. Loves the way it works for him. Will definitely order more when needed. Thank you for still having this model & I hope you continue to carry it.

Product arrived within a week in great condition. No complaints with service or product.

We purchased these products for my 81 year old mother and we’re very pleased with them. Price-wise we were able to get a much better deal on large quantities and have found both the daytime and nighttime briefs to be much more absorbent than other brands. The premium overnight ones have been especially good in that they do not leak “crystals” like the other brands and the skin irritation she had is greatly improved since switching.
