Every product that I received was delivered in timely manner. I am very satisfied.

I’ve been looking for new pads since Poise changed their pads (and made them thinner, less absorbent, and contoured). With the change the pads leak and I had to use twice as many pads. Not acceptable. With the sample pack that I ordered from HDIS I was able to try different pads and was able to find a replacement for the Poise. HDIS will be my go to vendor in the future.

Well, Wally Mart..aka Walmart has sales from time to time But doesn't always have the Poise types I like.Nor do they cary the Tena that I like. The same goes for CVS which is limited to what they stock.I am glad I found HDIS..convient, right to my door ,don't have to track down a worker to ask if they will be getting any in- and I do mean track down one employee who could actually have knowledge on that department. This is just my opinion from my shopping travels.

Received my package on time.

We first used a baby diaper to dispose of his wet pads. Then his post-prostate leaking got worse. When we got the akord adult diaper system for him, it was much easier to use, held a larger volume, and easier to drop the used pads or pants in.

Easy shoppiong, ontime delivery! Item was exactly as shown on site. Unfortunately is no longer needed. Will consider HDIS in future should the need arise.
