One of the worst commercial websites I have ever seen. Not easy to see what products you have ordered before. Have to click on the individual order numbers to find what was ordered. No way to reorder a specific product I have ordered before. I have to go find the product in your catalog to reorder. There should be an option to "reorder" from the list on a previous order with a single "click". I will be looking for another supplier.

Because you did not take the $5.00 off that you offered for 1st time ordering . So now you say I owe $5.00 still. What kind of business are you? There will be no repeat business!

Refused to cancel order and bill sent to incorrect address, won’t be using your service again!

I Have not yet received any shipment

I recently purchased some diapers from this company. The product had no reviews or ratings, so I had to take a chance. Unfortunately that chance led to me wasting my $25 that I spent. I wrote a review and gave the product one star. It then said that my review had to be approved before it posted. So 8 days later and my review still isn't available. I emailed their customer service asking why. I get a generic, "We're redoing our site to make it better." and then they asked me which product I rated. I told them and they didn't reply back. So this is deceptive practices Only allowing 5 star ratings on products and hiding the rest. I won't order from this company ever again.

Product not as shown. I ordered POISE ULTIMATE LONG PADS, and that is NOT what was sent. Unfortunately there was a mostly blank label on pack of pads, so it needed to be opened to find this. They were a regular length. The website also showed the 'stars & moon' for 'overnight' designation. Again this is NOT what was sent.

Still hasn’t rec’d it yet. Disappointed

I was very disappointed at the price or cost per bag of the Depends Womens Value Pack. When I originally ordered 4 quantity, I was under the impression it would be cases and not packages or bags The cost averaged out around $40..00 a bag. That cost is just unacceptable! Therefore I will not be ordering again! Lesson well learned!
