Need more details about product on web site. Package was coming untapped and was partially open when it arrived.

As of so far, we are still very happy with HDIS with what limited business we transact with them. We are still in the investigation side of things as far as how we can do more business with HDIS.

Great service and fast delivery. Not giving 5 stars because it was a little higher price than some.

I have no problem with the service, as it is Awesome. However, I have made several attempts to have my late husbands name from the account and replaced with my name, but I to be talking to a deaf ear. Unless you have lost a spouse, you have no idea the pain I feel when I receive the statement in his name.

the belted garments need longer "belts" straps. The button holes need to be more reinforced to prevent tearing. Other than that, your products are great. Maybe in the future you will consider a thong style undergarment, with even the thong part (between the buttocks)being absorbent not just a strap.

Great service but web site is slow

Wife is happy.

I just get tired of waiting for my order to be shipped and delivered. And the prices to ship it faster looks to expensive to use the other shipping costs.
