Haven’t received the item yet. It’s taking quite a while

Product caused irritation to my skin and the he infection seemed to increase in size

I believe the items received have been ok, but my problems are stress related incontinence and my understanding of sizes are a bit off. The less expensive items (buy five get one free) actually fit better, but is a little tight at waist yet snug at hip. As for service, I would rate higher like 4 or 5 stars. I need to try for a more moderate ability insead of light and a slightly larger waist. I generally use size 11 panties so back to hdis to find something that is more secure

Shipping takes to long

i ordered boxers was not aware i needed to order pads and which pads I needed to order the time to receive the order was long

Every time I have ordered your products, the delivery time was always amazing getting here so fast. This last time I ordered from you it took over a week for my order to arrive. I was very disappointed, especially since I needed my product ASAP. I guess you spoiled me in the past.

I had a $5 discount in my computer e-mail. But, when I tried to redeem it while ordering, I was denied because I didn't remember my password. It was the weekend and apparently their computer wouldn't cough up the password. Anyway, who really needs a password when ordering? Please pass this on to HDIS.
