Order substituted by HDIS. Items sent that were not ordered. "Bait and switch"

My husband said washable underwear felt like he was in a wet bathing suit all day. They did not keep his pants dry.

I ordered six bottles of lotion and two had spilled out in the box. They were sent in a very large box with no packaging causing the bottles to move around and the tops came off. This was the worst service I have receive from your company. (note. this is not my first order)

While the product I bought is excellent, the price is terrible. I can get these same pads at Wal Mart for approx $ .30 ea while the cost for the same product from HDIS is $ .55 ea. Very disappointing. I will be buying these pads at WalMart.

I was under the impression that my purchase would be comparable to what I would pay in a retail store. That was not the case I believe I paid almost twice as much. Needless to say I probably will not be ordering again.

It took 10 days for my order to reach my 87 yr old MOTHER. Might rethink your service. My first order was received within 2 days.

Panties run big and they leak.

Was sent wrong size Way over priced. Bought same product for 1/3 of cost
