I realize that shipping is free, but not that long ago when I placed an order, I would receive it in three or four days, but my last two orders took over a week to delivery. Also, right after I receive an order I will receive a coupon for what I just ordered, which is only good for a few days. I can't afford to place orders that close together, so I am not able to use the coupon. They should make the coupon good on your next order with no expiration date.

My order was wrong twice. I had ordered hygiene bags size large. First order I got was 1 large and 1 small. Second order I got were both small size. I had to call and talk to customer service to get what I had ordered. Once I can understand but twice is just someone not paying attention. I hesitate to use your product again. Jenanne Holmes

Shipping is much slower than expected other than that I do like having the delivery of these needed items. Thank you!

Good products but the price of the products are too high.

Product was fine, delivery fine, however much more expensive compared to local retailers

Very hard to find items I want, not organized to order from, otherwise checking out in fine

Delivery time was excellent. The product I purchased has poor adhesive qualities. Much more expensive than buying at store.
