The adult night time diapers were too expensive. They are cheaper at our local medical supply shop. I found two sites on the internet that were 35% and 40% less expensive. I failed to do my research first, my bad. The ease of ordering and delivery time was good. I just won't be back for the product that is not price competitive.

The price of your product does not encourage me to purchase your products. I can buy products at the stores and save more more.

After I ordered, I discovered that I could get the same product elsewhere for half the price. I was able to set up ongoing deliveries and didn't have to pay shipping either.

This would have been higher, but Reassure changed its product. It is no longer as absorbent & the padding clumps causing it to leak. This necessitates using more product. Not happy.

I never receive a tracking number for my order so I was left in the dark as to when it would be delivered.

The.bed disposable pad are very thin and have holes in the passing. Not the ones like I received in jan.

Prices are twice what I pay elsewhere, and they charge shipping on top of that (I'm not charged shipping at walgreens.com or any other site I order from.)
