Easy to order. Would have rated higher but the order shipped a full 7 days after I ordered.

The products I ordered were fine - just as ordered. But it took a week to get this order to me. A week. I ordered these products on a Tuesday and didn't receive my order until the following Tuesday. In these days, that is very slow. So I'd say, if you have plenty of time, order from HDIS. They will send you the right products. Just make sure you have plenty of time before you need them.

The order I received this time was fine. Last order they shipped to wrong address and were not cooperative about paying for return shipping . They sent to wrong address and they want me to pay the $30.00 shipping to return.

I have seen ads for HDIS for many years and decided I would try ordering from them. Won't be doing that again. First, it took a week for my order to arrive at my home. Second, and most important was the pricing. I purchased 2 pks of the same underware from Amazon for $48.78 total. HDIS sent me 1 pkg (half the quantity) for $47.98. I have never paid that for a single pkg or 28 before.

Product ordered was unreturnable. Product was too small and does not fit. Compression socks.

Never had to wait long for an order before.

The products are great. The website ordering process is HORRID. I put in the item number and it says no product matches. I try name from the bag and it says no product matches. It really needs to be reworked.

Great products are available through this company and shipping is quick. However, customer service does not meet my expectations. There's no e-mail notifying me of shipment or providing a tracking number. There's no response to my e-mail questions to CS. I hope to find another supplier for what I order.
